You can use this free tool to create a Office 365/2016 MSI in order to deploy it with Microsoft Intune.

Or simply Deploy it to Microsoft Intune using the MDM channel.

I tried this with the same tool though slightly different menus, but can’t seem to get an .msi file, only a thenameigiveit.wxs file.

I do not know this application well, I could get out of doubt to see if it serves me for what I want, I want to convert Office 2016 to Office 365 to get more visio templates, Thanks

Same here, seems that it creates the XML output only, but where is the tool for making the MSI ?

You have to install the toolkit on that website for the msi editor

Awesome tool, though it seems to stall if you choose to imbed the downloaded files in the msi package to avoid downloading upon installation. But awesome tool! Thanks for the tip!
